This unique blend of different protein sources is designed to optimize positive nitrogen balance and promote lean muscle mass gains. They are rich in naturally occurring branched-chain amino acids, increasing the rate of protein synthesis.
Lean Mass Gainer provides the ideal form and amounts of very low glycemic index (GI) carbohydrates (oatmeal and maltodextrine) to pack glycogen in muscles for maximum weight gain.
The medium-chain triglycerides are beneficial in their ability to be rapidly absorbed by the body and quickly metabolized for energy by the muscles. In doing so they are sparing muscle glycogen. And Kre-alkalyn® creatine will give you the energy and explosive power for heavy workouts.

Mix 40 g (2 scoops) with 250 ml of cold milk twice a day. Do not exceed the daily recommended amount.
