Paypal not accepted?

It's true, PayPal is not taken into account.

- PayPal is advantageous for small or moderate amounts (because their costs are high and we want to keep our prices affordable), on our site expensive items are sold and we reserve the choice not to work with PayPal, thank you for your understanding and please pay by another means of payment, they are more secure.

- We suffered significant financial losses, PayPal decided to side with the buyers by refunding them after they received their orders, and finally blocked our funds shortly after when we tried to defend ourselves because “we were too new to be trustworthy.”

We therefore decided to stop working with them. In addition, we took all necessary measures for over a year to ensure that each instance of abuse was severely punished and no longer harmed our business.

- We now sell products that PayPal does not accept for sale.

Shipping & Delivery?

Free shipping on orders over €100! Shipping under €100: €17. 

Nationwide delivery: Postage (Standard) (5-10 working days after completion).

Express (3-5 working days after delivery).

International delivery: Postage (Standard) (5-20 working days after fulfilment).

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Standard (7+ working days after delivery).

Express (3 working days after delivery). POD: 10-30 working days.

For packs, your order may be split and delivered in several shipments. For heavier products such as body-building equipment, you'll need to allow more time, as regular updates will be sent to you by e-mail. For most products a tracking number will be communicated to you, in a rare case where it is not available, we will inform you of its routing by e-mail.

Refunds?

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are not accepted for food products, healthcare products and gift wrap.

For training items (this includes machines, bars, weights, training accessories) we do not accept returns due to the weight of the items, so you will need to prove the damage with images sent to contact@powerstrength.eu, then the refund amount will be negotiated if there are several items.

When a full or partial refund is accepted, it may take up to 30 working days, depending on the size of the item (from 10 to 30 days).

The customer undertakes to wait for the amount to appear in his bank account without asking untimely questions about the settlement time (this varies from bank to bank, we have no control over the processing time and are unaware of the details).
