If you are influencer or have at least 1.000 followers with an active community, you can contact us and we will verify your account within 24 hours. We'll then negotiate a private agreement and send you your personalized promo code!

Contact us, briefly explain your skills and send your Instagram account.

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are not accepted for food products, healthcare products and gift wrap.

For training items (this includes machines, bars, weights, training accessories) we do not accept returns due to the weight of the items, so you will need to prove the damage with images sent to contact@powerstrength.eu, then the refund amount will be negotiated if there are several items.

When a full or partial refund is accepted, it may take up to 30 working days, depending on the size of the item (from 10 to 30 days).

The customer undertakes to wait for the amount to appear in his bank account without asking untimely questions about the settlement time (this varies from bank to bank, we have no control over the processing time and are unaware of the details).

For packages, your order may be split and delivered in several shipments.
